Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how Vezlo handles information when you use the Vezlo iPhone app, its private archive, condition-recording tools, care planning, exports, and coin purchases. Vezlo does not use advertising tracking or cross-app tracking.

2. Information handled by Vezlo

• Archive identity: a randomly generated device identity, authentication token, record identifiers, and revision information used to open and protect your archive.
• Profile and collection information: nickname, profile image, collection goal, album and artist names, label, catalog number, purchase date, shelf location, sleeve type, collector notes, care tasks, and dated inspection history.
• User-created condition information: photographs you select, damage locations you mark, damage type and severity you choose, comparison confirmations, and optional spoken notes. Vezlo does not perform automated or AI damage analysis.
• Purchase and coin information: App Store product identifier, transaction identifier, receipt data, purchase status, coin balance, and idempotency records needed to deliver coins once and prevent duplicate fulfillment.
• Service information: request time, network address, app and device characteristics, response status, and error information used to operate, secure, and diagnose the service.
• Support communications: the email address, message, and attachments you choose to send when requesting support.

3. Permission use

You can deny or change these permissions in iOS Settings. Vezlo does not request contacts, precise location, health data, Bluetooth, or App Tracking Transparency permission.

4. How information is used

• Authenticate archive requests and restore your synced collection.
• Create condition cards and upload selected photos or voice notes to protected media storage.
• Maintain collection details, care tasks, inspection history, comparisons, reports, and CSV exports.
• Process StoreKit 1 transactions, deliver coins idempotently, and synchronize purchase status.
• Protect the service, investigate faults, respond to support, and meet legal obligations.

5. Sharing and service providers

Vezlo shares information only with infrastructure providers needed to deliver archive APIs and media storage, and with Apple for App Store distribution, permissions, and in-app purchases. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a lawful business transfer. Vezlo does not sell personal information and does not share it for targeted advertising.

6. Retention and deletion

Synced archive records and uploaded media are retained while your archive is active or until a verified deletion request is completed. Operational security and error logs are retained only as reasonably necessary, generally no longer than 90 days. Support communications may be retained for up to 24 months. Transaction and accounting records may be retained for the period required by law and to prevent duplicate coin delivery.

You can use Delete Synced Archive in Profile to request deletion of the private archive record and associated reachable media. You may also contact us for access, correction, export, or deletion assistance.

7. Security and international processing

Vezlo uses encrypted network connections, scoped authentication, versioned archive updates, and restricted media-upload credentials. Vezlo and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, applicable contractual or legal transfer safeguards are used. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection.

8. Children

Vezlo is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information through the service.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing and to complain to a data protection authority. We may verify a request before acting on it. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights are not limited by this policy.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when Vezlo or applicable law changes. Material changes will be communicated where required.
